Justin H. Presser was born in Mesquite, Texas on September 26, 1980, before moving to Florida in 1985 where he has remained. He considers himself a native Floridian and was educated in the Orange County Public School System, graduating from Winter Park High School in 1999. After graduating Winter Park High, Mr. Presser attended the Florida State University where he received his bachelor degree in Political Science.
Upon graduating from Florida State University, Mr. Presser attended Florida A&M University – College of Law where he excelled academically, graduating with honors and as a member of Law Review while representing his class to the Student Bar Association. While at Florida A&M University – College of Law, Mr. Presser also had the opportunity to intern with Magistrate David A. Baker of the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Presser represents clients in their claims for damages arising from the wrongful death of loved ones, catastrophic brain and spinal cord injuries, motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle accidents, dog and animal attacks, and injuries occurring on private or public property as well as those facing foreclosure. Mr. Presser is a member of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Division and American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). He is also very active in the community serving on the Boards of Directors for both the Roth JCC of Greater Orlando and Or Hadash. |
