On June 8, 2010, Thomas A. Player will present oral argument before the Second District Court of Appeal in the matter of GEICO Indemnity Company vs. Physicians Group, LLC, a/a/o Paul Androski. Thomas will be arguing against GEICO’s claim that it can retroactively alter the rights of its insureds regardless of the language of their insurance policies.
